Civil Ceremony Vows Sample

We are gathered here in the presence of these witnesses to join this man and this woman together in matrimony. The contract is a most solemn one and not to be entered into lightly, but thoughtfully and seriously and with a deep realization of its obligations and responsibilities. If anyone can show just cause why they should not be lawfully joined together let him or her speak now, or else forever hold his/her peace.
